CANINE VACCINATIONS AND SERVICES
These vaccine protocols are general guidelines. You should discuss your pet’s specific needs with your veterinarian.
| Bordetella – $40 |
| Starting at 8 weeks old, or older, to protect against kennel cough. |
| DA2PP – $25 |
| Starting at 6 to 8 weeks of age, every 3 to 4 weeks until 20 weeks of age, and then annually. Over 20 weeks of age, once, then annually. |
| Leptospirosis – $50 |
| Starting at 8 weeks of age, then again 2 to 4 weeks later, then once annually. |
| Rabies – $20 |
| Must be at least 3 months (12 weeks) old. First vaccine is good for one year and from then on, the vaccine will be valid for 3 years. |
| De-worming |
| $15 Puppy (under 20 weeks): Roundworm/hookworm de-wormer recommended to be repeated in 3 weeks after initial dose.Roundworm, Tapeworm, and Hookworm de-wormer:$30 Dogs less than 25 pounds $40 Dogs 26 – 60 pounds $55 Dogs 61 pounds and over |

| Starting at 6 to 8 weeks of age, every 3 to 4 weeks until 20 weeks of age, and then annually. Over 20 weeks of age, two vaccines 3 to 4 weeks apart and then once annually. |
