Turning Passion into Purpose
HSSV is full of incredible people who go above and beyond to save the lives of animals and give them a bright future. Jessica Zubizarreta (known affectionately as “JZ”) was first introduced to HSSV as a middle schooler when she started fostering kittens. But what started as a passion project quickly became a higher purpose. JZ officially joined the HSSV team in 2017 and now works for the Foster team, where she’s able to have an amazing impact on both the animals and the people around her.
