Faith has been adopted!

Personality: Faith can be shy when she first meets people, but warms up quickly and is a very affectionate girl. She likes to lean against her people to ask for pets, gives lots of kisses, and prefers to stay close. Faith loves to go on walks, is very treat-motivated, and is fairly mellow and low-key.

History: Faith came to us from another shelter because of a possible medical issue.

Dog Skills: Faith regularly participates in playgroups. She peacefully coexists with most dogs, but will sometimes stop other dogs from playing together by vocalizing and body blocking. She is very polite on leash, and regularly helps our behavior staff by walking with timid dogs to help them build their confidence.

Cat Skills: We have observed Faith becoming very focused on cats and attempting to chase.

Leash Skills: Faith walks nicely on leash and is very polite to other dogs while on leash.

Medical: Faith came to us with a mass on her mammary gland. The mass was removed and examined, and determined to be benign (non-cancerous). She does not need further care for this mass removal, but it is possible that future masses could develop and need to be removed.
